Program Details
Discount: 20% off package of 20 sessions
Time: Discount applies only to sessions scheduled between 8:00am – 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time (11:00am – 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time)
Frequency: 5 days per week, 50 minutes lessons, same time each day
Location: In person in San Francisco or Virtually anywhere a child has a wifi and a computer
Terms: Tuition is paid in advance and non-refundable in case of missed sessions.
The LearnUp Difference

Structured Literacy
Our curriculum integrates the best practices of Orton-Gillingham based programs, speech therapy, structured phonics, and the latest in brain research.

Proprietary Chapter Books
LearnUp uses decodable chapter books so students can immediately practice their new reading concepts within a storybook environment.

Hands-on & Experiential
We use a tactile, multi-sensory magnetic or digital boards to actively teach phonics and ½ of every tutoring session is spent reading books.

Looking Ahead?
Our 3-week summer intensives are discounted by 15% off our regular tuition. Each intensive course costs $1,450 and includes 1:1 tutoring sessions, assessments, books, and materials.

Highly Trained Tutors
Tutors complete LearnUp’s thorough training that teaches them our multidisciplinary structured phonics curriculum designed to teach any child to read.

Program Schedule
Research shows that daily reading lessons in structured phonics improve word attack and reading growth. Our lessons are 50 minutes a day, 5 days a week. This is the fastest and most effective approach.
Program Impact
On average, LearnUp students increase their word fluency by more than 50% and jump 2 reading grade levels in under 3-4 months of tutoring.
